Calling all girls! Join WOW! Children’s Museum for How to Be a Scientist our 3rd annual celebration of Girls in Science! During this live virtual Zoom event, girls ages 3 and up will get to meet real female scientists and explore science activities at home with a hands-on kit! Girls will have the chance to see women from a variety of STEM careers, and interact along at home with special activities. Girls will also learn that they can be a scientist both as a future career and right now in their everyday lives!

- A live Q&A with an animal ambassador from Denver Zoo
- Noelle Ozimek, MS, from Brigham and Women's Hospital (Boston) and Harvard Medical School
- An interactive experiment from Pfizer
- An electric vehicles activity from Xcel Energy
- An interactive physics and engineering activity with STROBE
- Guests from NCAR/UCAR
- A chemistry activity from Victoria Hale, M.S. Ed., Chemistry Teacher at Mercy Academy
